Minimum Qualifications: Selected individual must hold a Pupil Personnel Services Certificate with the proper endorsements or be able to obtain one in three (3) years. Must have a masters in counseling or equivalent. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Implement guidance curriculum, 2. Provide emotional and social counseling to students including teaching of social skills in small and large groups, 3. Provide resource and referral information, 4. Offer crisis intervention when needed.
Must possess strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills. Applicant must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
