Firth School District is accepting applications for a High Qualified Music Teacher to teach students at all levels. Applicants must be endorsed, in Music K-12 in the State of Idaho and pass a background check and fingerprinting. The salary is based on the district pay ladder and comes with health benefits paid for by the district.
Idaho Teaching Certificate K-12 with Music Endorsement. Demonstrate knowledge of building school music programs. Ability to foster and sustain student interest in band and choir and encourage skill development. Have good organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work well with students and the community. Be able to integrate technology into the music classroom. This position requires the candidate to work additional hours outside of the regular school for concert, sporting events, etc.
