Position: K12 Contracted Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Cascade School District

The Cascade School District is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team and provide essential services to students with special needs. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about helping children succeed in school by enhancing their motor skills, sensory processing, and participation in academic and social activities.

Responsibilities:
Provide evaluations and assessments to identify students’ needs related to fine motor skills, self-care, and sensory processing.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with teachers, parents, and special education staff.
Monitor progress, document services, and adjust goals to ensure student growth.
Participate in IEP meetings to provide input on accommodations and interventions.
Train and collaborate with school staff and families on strategies to support student success.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Idaho.
Experience working with children, preferably in a school setting.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Education required
