Richard McKenna Charter Schools is seeking individuals who are highly motivated and interested in working in a highly positive environment to provide Montessori education. Richard McKenna Schools will provide a sign on bonus and a relocation reimbursement to the successful candidates. Montessori is a method of education that is based on self-directed activity, hands-on learning and collaborative play. In Montessori classrooms children make creative choices in their learning, while the classroom and the highly trained teacher offer age-appropriate activities to guide the process.
Class size of 24 students with a full time assistant.
Financially sound school system.
New hires will receive a $5,000 signing bonus, Relocation reimbursement up to $5,000. All employees receive an annual retention bonus.
Education required
Successful applicants must be Idaho Certified. Classroom teachers must be willing to become Montessori certified by participating in an online Montessori training program.

Ability to work with students in the elementary grade levels.Willingness to learning the Montessori approach.
