JOB GOAL
Under the direction of the Superintendent, provide leadership in the development and improvement of PreK-5 instructional programs to improve student learning and the school district as a learning organization. Work to successfully solve all problems arising from elementary schools.
QUALIFICATIONS (minimum)
Master's Degree
Meet state certification requirements
At least six years of successful experience in elementary education
Such alternatives as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
Desired
At least two years of experience in educational administration
Starting Salary Range: $105,669.04 Salary is dependent upon level of education and administrative experience.
